I absolutely loved staying at this apartment/hotel. the location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach. the rooms are modern and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen inside. the owners were incredibly helpful and made me feel right at home. the hotel is in a traffic limited zone, so I was able to walk and bike along the beautiful coastal line without worrying about cars. the facilities and room advantages were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The lack of room service or housekeeping, but this was clearly stated beforehand and I was prepared to take care of things myself.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities were perfect for our needs. We loved having a kitchen to cook breakfast and store our snacks. the hotel's location one block from the beach in this city was convenient. We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach within minutes.

I stayed in a mini-apartment for a weekend and it was satisfactory. the room was clean and decorated in a modern style. I also appreciated having a kitchenette to make some meals. the hotel was located in a central area, just a short walk away from the beach.
There was no housekeeping or room service. I had to do everything myself, and it was inconvenient.

Great apartment-style hotel for a reasonable price! The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and close to lots of restaurants and shops. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the apartment itself was modern, clean, and had all the necessary facilities. We really enjoyed having a kitchenette in our room, which allowed us to prepare our own meals and snacks whenever we wanted. a fantastic stay and we highly recommend it!
While we really enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of minor issues. First, the cleaning service was a bit limited - as it is a residence-style hotel, there is no daily housekeeping, so we had to do some cleaning ourselves.
